The acid in citrus fruits is broken down more quickly than other foods and if they are eaten with lunch or dinner. 

This can cause toxins in the body due to this, digestion becomes slow. Fruits remain in the stomach until the solid foods are digested

When is the right time to eat organic?

The best time to eat fruits, especially citrus is in the morning on an empty stomach. Ayurveda says this because the body can absorb the nutrients in organs very quickly.

  • Eating it in the morning allows for faster absorption of nutrients.
  • Best before a workout for increased intensity.
  • Organic food between meals helps curb cravings.
  • It helps absorb vitamins and minerals and prevents unhealthy appetite.

Morning is the best time to eat fruits and other carbs that contain vitamin C. Especially before a workout.

Organes can also be eaten as a sink between main meals. It helps to suppress appetite and provide the body with vitamins and minerals. And this habit will help prevent you from eating unhealthy foods.

The Expert says that you can fruit including organs at 11 am and 4 pm. If breakfast and lunch are eaten late, wait at least 30 to 40 minutes before consuming fruits.
